She began as a nursing assistant, and then became a licensed practical nurse.  Later she became a licensed nursing home administrator and is a certified health services executive. As a business owner and consultant, she facilitates results for organizations by focusing on their purpose and utilizing her own experience to deliver inspiring outcomes. She has presented on various topics at the national level.

She served in numerous roles within the business office of senior care organizations early in her career before moving into consulting. Stephanie is an expert in Medicare, Medicaid & third-party billing, accounts receivable, compliance, regulation, payroll and operations. She leverages her expertise and provides strategic leadership support to create positive organizational development.
